We can't recommend Moving Works highly enough. Right from the start, the way they presented and marketed our home was first class, it really stood out, and that made all the difference. The whole team were brilliant: proactive with their communication, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. A couple of people deserve a particular mention. Georgina did a great job negotiating the deal, calm, sharp, and clearly working hard to get us the best possible result. And Michelle was superb at progressing the transaction, staying on top of every detail and keeping everything moving smoothly through to completion. Horrible company who cause damage to whole communities by driving up prices even if their ridiculous demands lead to no sale for over a Year. No service mentality - neither for sellers or buyers. Just sheer greed and a sense of elitism. Before you are even allowed to view a property you HAVE to have yours on the market benefitting them not the seller (who didn't ask for that). This Crystal is awful on the phone and Mark wasn't of much use either. Mark's wife told us with tears in her eyes that she wants to get a good price for the seller. The poor people who bought the house ended up divorcing over it as she was not happy there.

We dealt with Philippa and Michelle in both the sale of our house and purchase of our lovely new home. Philippa delivered an amazing and tailored service, making sure we felt minimal interruption to our daily lives as we sold our house, fitting viewings in outside of office hours and was always easy to contact and kept us very much updated, it felt like she had a passion for our house and I'm sure that helped sell it.
