As a tenant, I have had the worst experience with Kings. Their customer service is poor, their communication is terrible and as a letting agent they are almost entirely incompetent.

GoogleIf you are renting property through these expect to treated appallingly, by office staff are often rude. The office staff assume that as you are renting, you are therefore unemployed, and must be at home 24-7; that if you can’t make their appointments (that are usually given to you with aprox 48 hours notice for a mid day appointment) you are hiding something, not that you have a job and need more notice that that to get a day off work. They insist that you pay them by bank transfer but then when they have to pay you they charge you for a bank transfer.

Dear Bassem Abid, Thank you for your time to leave us feedback. I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction in dealing with our office. I can confirm I have looked into this and unfortunately we had no choice but to dis instruct from this landlord as we could not meet their requirements of cash only. We are a professional organisation and all transactions would be via bank transfer not cash. It was for this reason we had to cancel all viewings on this property. Simona is a very hard working lettings negotiator and she is always looking after her clientele with the great effort. She did indeed contact you to cancel the viewing, so it’s unclear why did you still went to the property. I do apologies on Simona’s behalf if you missed the message and for the any inconvenience caused. I hope you have found your happy home.

I didn't have a problem with Kings until I checked out. As usual with letting agents and landlords they just want to keep as much as your deposit as possible. Despite the flat being professionally cleaned, they wanted it cleaned again by their cleaners. Regardless of the condition you leave it, expect to get deductions.

NO ethics at all. They will steal every penny of your deposit unless you fight for it. They don't follow the tenancy agreement themselves and would want to vacate the tenants by getting a court order from some corrupted county courts. Truly run by mafia
