Kane and Nick (Shoreditch Office) have been amazing from start to finish, so glad we chose Keaton's to sell our one bed flat on Hackney Road! We have a very tough time of it with the first seller pulling out and then our buyer re-negotiating the purchase price close to exchange of contracts. They've been approachable, informative, practical, supportive and just very, very nice! If it wasn't for their hard work and persistence our sale and purchase would never have happened! I recently purchased a 1BR flat using Keatons Shoreditch office. It was a very positive experience. I was dealing with Kane who was had a good attitude, was punctual and reliable, kept on top of the transaction staying in touch with both sets of solicitors, and was always willing to chase down answers to questions if he did not already know. I was very impressed - much better than most estate agents I have dealt with over the years! I would happily use the office again should the need arise.
