Myself and my 3 other housemates worked with Keatons to try and find a property to rent. We worked alongside Oscar who found us a number of great properties in line with what we were looking for. His communication was fantastic throughout, and it felt like he really cared about not only finding us the best property but also the best deal too.

GoogleNick and Kane were closely involved in all aspects of our sale, and responsive by phone, email and in person. We were selling at a tough time for market valuations, which complicated matters, but Keatons remained open to discussing our options; and were able and willing to be involved in communications with the other estate agent in our 'chain.' I would work with them again.

Throughout the process Natalie promptly responded to emails, keeping me informed about various updates Referencing, Legal documentation & Future Invoicing etc. Her clear and concise communication fostered a transparent and collaborative relationship. Documents related to the property were well-organized and easily accessible. I would like to give a 5 star review to Daisy Johnson for her excellent work sorting out a boiler issue at my rented flat.The boiler manufacturer had seemed reluctant to accept that work to repair the boiler would be covered under warranty. Daisy put in the extra effort to provide various documents which confirmed that the warranty was valid and I am pleased to see that the boiler has now been repaired.I appreciate the effort Daisy.Andrew

Keatons recently marketed our flat in Bethnal Green. Straight away I could tell they were a professional company. The photographer really took his time to get the flat looking it's best. The brochure and online listings were all we could have hoped for. When viewings happened we only had serious buyers and had an offer on the first day. Great experience, thank you.
