I have been extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service offered by Macey and her colleague Tabby. Contact with her is very easy via WhatsApp on a daily basis. I never had a chance to speak to an agent via WhatsApp but this is actually a great idea. I was dealing with so many agencies in the past and to be honest, some of them don’t even reply to emails. Macey is very prompt and professional when dealing with us .I really wanted to emphasise how great you are! Surely the best letting agency in London!

Terrible agency. Avoid at all cost! After 2 years of tenancy this "organization" claimed we had not been paying some (secret) communal boiler fee that no one had told us about and tried to get about £1000 from our deposit on top of smaller sums for a) a missing (ghost) tumbler, b) dust (!) on top of the doorphone, c) a single footprint on the kitchen floor that if ever existed they put there when they came in to check the flat as it wasn't there the last time we left, and d) bugs OUTSIDE the balcony door... We took them to dispute (obviously, always do that), got some money back, moved elsewhere and got on with our lives. Now listen to this... MONTHS LATER these scammers emailed me (not my ex-flatmate) claiming we also owed them extra rent money for a parking space that came with the flat that we had never seen, used or even heard of in the 2 years we were there!!! I threatened to sue them if they contacted me again as we had already been to dispute etc and... innocent as their claim was they never came back to me again. SCAM, stay away if you value your money.

Dont recommend for tenants

After moving out of the property after 3 years, Fraser & Co have tried to propose some ridiculous charges in an attempt to extort money out of us.We have taken care of the property and paid £200 to clean it.I have disputed the charges, some of which are actually present on check im with evidence provided, and they continue to ignore our comments, and insist if we disagree that we should raise a dispute which would cause a delay to us receiving our deposit.There were 132 photos taken on check our, but only 60 on check in. The check out photos are all very zoomed in and high detail shots, with the check in not having that level of detail.Very frustrating and the charges are ridiculous, theres no breakdown and or clear evidence of a like for like, and all our comments are ignored.

I'd like to especially recommend to get in touch with Ariel Lupo, as I literally have never met such friendly, yet professional and helpful agent. I always say that looking for a flat in London is a traumatizing experience, but it's incredibly stressless and pleasant with Ariel's help. I had great experience renting an apartment from Fraser & Co. I saw a very nice apartment online and it was listed by them. I called immediately to ask for details and request for a viewing. Macey was my agent during the whole process. She is very responsive and she arranged a viewing for me ASAP. She also shared the video of the apartment before the viewing to me and I am so grateful for her considerate arrangements. She is being helpful the whole process and she tried to comfort me because I just relocate to London and unfamiliar with all the renting stuff. I was so nervous but things went on great with her help and follow-up. I just passed through the reference check and now I just need to sign and make sure everything is alright! Thank god for letting me meet Fraser & Co and their agent Macey. I hope everything left wont be a big problem and I hope all of you who still consider finding them as your agent have a nice journey as I did.

One of the worst experiences I've had…

One of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. The after-sales service was extremely poor - slow responses on fixing thins, unrealistic promises, and a clear lack of communication between the sales and account management teams. We were asked to move out so the apartment could be sold, which caused significant inconvenience. After we had already made arrangements and secured a new place, we were then asked if we could stay because the sale had fallen through. To make matters worse, a water account was opened under my partner's name after we had left the property. We only discovered this much later and had to spend time proving that we had moved out long before and that my partner had never previously held an account with the water company - and of course Fraser & Co did nothing about this. If you can, I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

Avoid Fraser & Co at all costs

Fraser & Co are the second worst letting agency that I have had the displeasure of experiencing! Immediately after signing a rental contract with the Shoreditch office, we had the misfortune of being assigned Rabia Ahmed as our property manager, and she along with the rest of Fraser & Co showed no interest in engaging with me or the other tenant to resolve issues that arose regarding the property.Issues arose with the property almost immediately, and my co-tenant and I reported the issues straight away. We emailed and called repeatedly, and Rabia consistently ignored emails, or we were informed that Rabia was in meetings. Apparently Rabia has so many meetings that she has no time for her work as a property manager!As the issue evolved into hazards, and as Rabia continued to ignore our overtures, we had no choice but to have a legal notice served upon the Shoreditch office in order to force Rabia to resolve our reported issues! Having to go down legal routes to get Fraser & Co to provide a service is perhaps something that people who are considering using their services should keep in mind?Due to the staggeringly amateurish way in which Fraser & Co managed the property, the property landlord chose to end their association with the agency, and chose to sign with another! After I and my co-tenant re-signed an agreement with this new agency and completing all the finance arrangements, I requested a return of my security deposit, which was denied. Despite providing evidence that I was entitled to having my deposit returned entirely, Rabia/Fraser & Co devolved into their usual ignoring of communication / stating that the people we needed to speak with were in meetings. So to get the deposit returned, I was forced to raise a dispute with the desposit scheme in order to force Fraser & Co to return my deposit.I don't even want to go into how seemingly little their accounts department know about how standing orders and bank holidays work, when it comes to them receiving rental payments, about which I repeatedly had to educate them.The only reason this Fraser & Co is not the worst letting agency I have ever used is because a previous one had stolen rent and deposits before disbanding and fleeing London. But the behaviour of the staff from Fraser & Co make that position a close run thing!So, to summerise - staggeringly inept staff in various departments, who will ignore you and attempt to keep any monies to which you are entitled.

Very poor level of service

I am appalled by their poor quality of service. Lighting issues in the entire apartment, broken thermostat. They do not coordinate well with the landlord and frankly don't care to resolve matters once they rent an apartment. The apartment hasn't had functional facilities for 60% of the tenancy. The complaint was sent to fraiser on the 25th of October 2022 and till date it stands unresolved. Today is the 16th of February 2023We pay high rent and get a very low experience.

I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

I enquired about the One West Point…

I enquired about the One West Point development via email and was called by Remzi Halil within 10 minutes. He explained all aspects of the development very clearly and arranged a viewing for us.He personally showed us the show apartment on the building site and answered all our questions. Once we decided to proceed to offer, he negotiated a great deal for us. He also put us in touch with some conveyancing options.Since then, he has stayed in touch with regular phone calls and texts. The Customer Service has frankly been exceptional.Like all deals, there was a slight hiccup when the developer told us that the apartment we selected was no longer available to us but Remzi worked on our behalf to secure the same format apartment but at a higher level for the same price as we originally agreed and thus saving us a huge amount of money in the process.I can’t recommend Remzi and Fraser and Company enough.
