He helped me find a place to live almost immediately and helped us through the whole process so professionally and amazing. as a first time renting he made me super super comfortable and helped me throughout the whole process!!!

TrustpilotExtremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.
I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

The moving day I requested the keys but the guy said to me that he was having lunch and he was not going to go.

He's kept us in the loop every step of the way, thought outside the box to help us navigate a very tricky situation, and has just generally, been a delight. He's excellent at his job, well versed in options for both buyers and sellers.

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleRav was a breath of fresh air after a series of bad experiences with estate agents - He's very knowledgable about the market, listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Rav even drove us between viewings. I can't recommend him enough!
