GoogleThe closest thing to evil on the property market, and that's saying something in London
Hi Oliver, Without going into your specific case we want to advise that we are only following standard terms and conditions of the contract that you signed when you moved into the property. We incurred charges due to the error and therefor had to pass these on to you. We were polite and tried to rectify this and even sent reminder messages to all our clients to ensure this situation didn't happen. We have received great reviews from our tenants like yourself and take a lot of time to provide an excellent service so we are disappointed to get a 1* review for something that we have no control over.
