I noticed an unusual comment about time to completion in the documents and asked for clarification. I was told to ignore this as it no longer applied, but in fact it did and held up completion by 3 months. It would have much been better if they had just told me to check myself.

Comms and attentiveness were absolutely amazing, the team always answered our calls and answered our questions. We were sent weekly progress emails - outside of BAU emails. The only fault was that the process took a little longer than we'd have liked, although I guess with the current climate, its what you'll have to expect + accept.

Excellent service throughout. Great online portal meant that we had all documents and correspondence in one place, whilst providing a super clear view of where we were in the process and which items were either completed or outstanding. Having previously used a different firm - and having had a much worse experience - we would definitely recommend the Partnership.
