Outstanding service delivery…

I’m a first time buyer and was nervous but found the service received from the partnerships exceptional, this certainly helped ease my nerves. I loved the online portal where I could quickly check for an update on the summary page. I also found it helpful the partnership gave regular updates to let me know how things were getting on. I never had to get into contact with the team myself, this was due to their superb proactive communications. Im extremely grateful to Oli, Maria and Ryan and anyone that helped, I could not say a bad word about the service I received and would very much recommend the partnership to others.

A phenomenal experience

I have listened to so many horror stories about the part that solicitors play in the process of moving house. However, I cannot praise The Partnership highly enough. They have a really well designed and highly effective secure portal which means that the majority of communication and documentation is uploaded or sent from that and that processes are speedy and efficient. The portal is supported by a highly responsive and unbelievably friendly and professional team of solicitors and their associates at the end of the phone. Alisha and, before her, Nicole have never been anything but reassuring and helpful and I have been massively impressed with them during the time we have been selling our current home and buying a new one. I would not hesitate to recommend The Partnership to anybody and everyone. If only all legal firms were like them - the world would be a better place!

We recently engaged The Partnership to transfer ownership of a property within the family. All our interactions with the Partnership team were very professional and reassuring and they always responded to our questions quickly. From a customer service standpoint, we were all very pleased!A couple points that might have improved our particular experience:1. It was rather confusing for us that the transfer of ownership was treated as a sale/ purchase rather than a gift. The confusion was sometimes compounded by automatically generated emails that referred to procedures that weren't relevant to our case. At times, this left us wondering if the specifics of our case were really being taken into consideration. Perhaps it might be worth setting up a 'gifts and title transfers' customer pipeline to reassure future clients with our specific needs profile.2. The Info Track document e-signing interface was a little 'buggy' for two of the people that needed to sign. This led to some signatures not being recognized within the same 24 hour period and required ALL of the signatories and their witnesses (a total of 8 people) to start over from scratch. That being said, we can't fault the team and their dedication, responsiveness and reassuring guidance through one of the most consequential processes a family can go through. Thanks again!

Overall, this process worked well towards a good outcome.The portal provided a useful and efficient micro-environment for managing communications and documents.Phone calls with the Partnership were promptly, succinctly and helpfully managed.The transaction was atypical in a number of ways, which meant that some of the stock standard written replies furnished through the portal were inaccurate and potentially misleading at times. Standardised responses need tailoring in some cases to fit the circumstances.In summary, I would recommend this conveyancing service provider as efficient and helpful.

OK service, nothing spectacular.

For achieving the intended result, The Partnership did fine. We purchased a property, and all legal requirements were clearly completed, and mostly in a timely manner. Their portal service which they use for clients is a nice feature and helps keep all useful information together in one place. However we felt their customer service was not the best. We were asked for certain documents repeatedly, even though we'd submitted them already. During the money laundering checks I had to remind them of documents we'd already sent the week or so prior. Then, we noticed they were simply copy pasting responses to us that they were clearly writing to someone else. Their message to us, their actual clients, would begin; "We've informed our clients ..." These weren't important messages, but it was not a good look that they couldn't even be bothered to write a message from scratch to us; or at least review what they were sending. Finally, response times were not great - except when it came to them receiving money. Typically we'd wait 24 hours for a response to an enquiry, which was fine ... except when they were requesting money, and then their responses would be within the hour. I could not reach our main solicitor on the phone except during such a time. Fortunately the legal assistant was available on the phone to deal with my non-money related enquiries. Overall it gave the impression that The Partnership were ok to do the bare minimum for us, but no further than that. In my opinion, when it comes to such a huge decision & cost involved in purchasing a property, you'd like to know your solicitor is doing their utmost to meet your needs.
