GoogleMy wife and I had a tough ask of Seymours, Guildford.
We needed them to sell our house and find a forever home to move to, which would enable us and our 4 children to grow into over the next 15+ years. To add to that, we also wanted to stay in the heavily sought after village of Shalford, where we'd lived for many years before.
Luke Minto took on the challange and after getting close on a number of occasion, managed to deliver everything we could have wished for in our new home.
Supported by the entire team (Charity, Fiona, Alex, Simon...) the experiance was excellent from beginning to end - sound advice, realistic valuations, professionalism and great communication throughout.
Once an offer was accepted the case was passed to Clive Gee, the Client Services Manager who looked after us as the sale progressed and kept on top of all parties to make sure everything happened on time.
We can’t thank them enough for all they have done.

I have had instances where other agencies would drag things out for weeks only to tell you that your offer is not accepted.
