I met Charles Newman of Seymour's estate agent- Guildford, on Tuesday 21st April. He was booked to show me round a prospective house to purchase. He arrived promptly, was very personable and also professional throughout the visit. Two days later, we decided to make an offer on the house. Charles' handling of our offer was efficient and in due course, we received confirmation that our offer had been accepted. This was a fast moving case, helped along by Charles' input. As first-time buyers, we were quite overwhelmed by the whole process. We weren’t very impressed with how the realtors understood our needs; they kept sending us random properties just to make a quick sale. Seymours really stood out at this point. Aaron was there from day one, not only through email but also calling regularly to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our perfect home. It only took us a week to decide on our dream home, and the entire process went smoothly. We’re now in the middle of the legal process, and Aaron is still there, answering every question I have.
