Typical high street agents. Terrible service, no commitment to the clients. Bad/No communication. Unreasonable data protection policies. I wouldn't trust neither employees, not the management of Guildford branch.

We recently bought a flat locally through Seymours and despite the fact businesses were closed due to the pandemic and people were working from home, they were helpful and responsive whenever we needed them to be.
