GoogleWe have used "Seymours" in Surrey to buy and sell property historically and Simon at Seymours managed to secure a buyer for a property we owned near the cathedral. We were kept well informed throughout the process although we did have to accept a slight reduction in price.

They were very responsive and supportive during the process. They assigned a key contact Clive Gee to ensure the sale process kept moving, this was an excellent service! I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleOk, not great. They sold my 1 bed flat, but initially over-valued it and I felt pressured to complete at end. The contract was also signed in shop, without being informed of waivering cooling off period. And they initially billed the upper tier fee, despite sale below agreed threshold.

The property market has been buoyant over the last 12 months or so, but there are areas of the market that have been effected by supply and demand, especially in the FTB and Investment sector which can effect values quite quickly. Moving home can be a very emotional process and we will always try our best to guide and assist. Thank you again for entrusting us with the sale of your home.

GoogleWe had great service from Simon. Once we put our flat with him he sold it in 2 weeks after having it on the market with 2 other agents for 2 years. He has been excellent at liaising with our buyer’s lawyer etc.. kept everything moving. Answering email, calls all very promptly. We couldnot have been more delighted with the agency. Thank you.

GoogleTotally useless and incompetent aftercare services. If you rent a property through this company be prepared to wait for responses, told lies and to be miss informed. They have little regard for your personal outgoings or lifestyle and would rather leave you in the lurch rather that being in touch to solve the problems or queries risen!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe service provided by Seymours was generally very good especially in view of the difficulties presented by the latest 3-month lockdown. They responded promptly to enquiries and were friendly and professional throughout. Our only issue would be with the valuation price that seemed strangely at odds with the final selling price; this was unexpected and therefore disappointing.
