GoogleI just sold my house through Simon of Seymours. A very difficult time trying to sell with Brexit going on but it all worked out well. Simon was great, very helpful. I am delighted I gave Seymours the sale.

GoogleSadly I felt pressure to sign contracts to sell house ( at a very reduced price) even though with 3 weeks to go til completion, I have no rental accommodation to go to. I asked repeatedly for assistance in finding a rental property but seemed only interested in selling my house. I am now effectively homeless unless I can find something in 3 weeks.

GoogleVery pleasant communication experience with Luke. He is professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Although I didn’t had good experience with the client service manager who dealt with my purchase case, Luke had sorted it out for me. So very happy to keep using Seymous as letting agency. They have good network and good letting team as well. Vinesh, Emily, people are nice and professional. The responses are usually swift. Happy with their service so far.

GoogleWe were very happy with the whole service provided by seymours. Their first valuation visit was not followed by lots of pressure to sell which we appreciated. When we did decide to market our house it was all done quickly and professionally. In addition we then had a long chain and a few issues arose which Luke helped navigate and secure an exchange. Would recommend.

GoogleTrying to book a viewing seems impossible and it seems only if you take days off work you will be able to suit their schedule. We contacted them to book a viewing the moment they uploaded a listing. We set a date and were waiting their confirmation as they said they couldn't find the current tenants to check their availability. They never called back, we had to chase them. One day before the scheduled appointment they informed us that the flat is no longer available! I am really disappointed as this is not the first time we have difficulties booking a viewing with this branch. Rhetorical question: why will I have to pay them a fee if I do the whole searching and chasing to arrange viewings??
