After 25 years we decided to sell our wonderful home and having spoken to a number of agents, we eventually decided on Knight Frank, simply as we liked the team and felt comfortable with their sales proposal. James Grillo personally oversaw the sale and following a very busy first week of viewings we were lucky enough to agree a sale at more than the expected valuation. Despite a very complicated period leading up to the exchange and completion which took over 6 months, due to the fact that the house was being split from a larger estate. During this period James went far beyond his remit, keeping all parties fully informed and focused whilst also aiding ongoing negotiations as the legalities became increasingly more complex. As a direct result of the above, my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank and James Grillo in particular.

Dreading the thought of moving, downsizing my property and generally the whole stressful selling scenario my guardian angel came in the form of Tim and his truly amazing, professional team. Morton and James handled the sale of my deceased fathers property for my sister and I sensitively and well. They were reliable and thoughtful communicators, cared for the house over winter, responded to neighbour queries or concerns, and sold the house in difficult Brexit conditions.
