We bought a house in Shamley Green in 2000 through Nigel Mitchell at Knight Frank. Nigel kept in touch since then, advising on the state of the market when needed to know. Last summer we decided to downsize but wanted to stay on the Green. Nigel and his team rapidly generated interest in our house, balanced competing bids and pushed the sale through in time for us to get the house that we sought. He runs a friendly but always professional operation. We were delighted to do business with them.

Recently i have been involved in 3 house sales for family members. It was therefore with some weariness that i approached the sale of a building that i owned with 2 others that had been an office but was to be converted into a single dwelling. A huge thank you to Tim Harriss and the team at the Guildford office for the professionalism and dedication you applied to the sale of Farm Cottage. The process became far more protracted than we ever imagined but Tim's calm reassuring manner ensured that when Plan A did not proceed as we had hoped there was always a Plan B and C ready to be activated Every aspect of the service was provided in a clear unambiguous manner, telephone messages were returned promptly, sales representatives were well briefed in advance of showing potential purchasers the property and negotiations with potential purchasers were conducted transparently such that we always felt in control. It is rare for me to say good things about estate agents. However, I really cannot fault Tim Harriss of Knight Frank. I viewed a house in Guildford this week. I WANTED TO PURCHASE - WITH CASH & NO CHAIN. Unbeknown to the vendor... THE AGENT DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO SEE IF I WAS INTERESTED...
