GoogleGreat experience as a new tenant under the management of Hamptons. We received very professional, friendly and prompt correspondence with Stefanie throughout the process and are now happily settled into our flat. From previous bad experienced with letting agents it’s lovely to have dealt with professionals. The welcome gift of mugs at our new flat was a nice touch.

GoogleMoving into a new home is very stressful. There are soo many things letting agents don’t tell you and sometimes they even lie to you. I’ve lived in guildford for the past 4 years and I’ve had terrible experiences with landlords and letting agents. I’ve been with Hamptons for over a year and they are amazing. They are really helpful when you initially move in and are always helpful when you have an issue. Philip has helped me for over the year I’ve been here and he’s a really nice person.

GoogleI recommend Hamptons without reservation or hesitation. Their approach was professional, thorough and patient - overall it was outstanding. There were very regular updates about progress being made and they were reassuring at those moments when things could have taken a turn for the worse.

GoogleWe were very pleased with how quickly, accurately and pleasantly our agent Amy worked. She was flexible when meeting us and followed up after every visit in a non-pressuring way. She understood quickly what it was we were looking for and suggested similar properties for us to view. I would definitely recommend renting through Hamptons Thanks again for your help!

My house was shown to prospective purchasers by Florence Knapp who was the perfect viewings lady and she gave me excellent communication and feedback throughout. Tiffany Finbow co-ordinated the sale right up to the very end and she was also excellent. She was particularly helpful and understanding and kept me well informed at all times.
