Terrible experience. Even after paying each monthly rent bang on time and spending £600 on professional cleaning, deposit not returned on time and with other spurious deductions. I had to continually chase every step of the way and generally company always fell short of expectations. Bitter experience.

I second that. Haven't reached the end of contract but I'm just waiting for them to hold on to the deposit after ignoring serious health and safety concerns for months! Disgusting service, you should be ashamed Gascoigne.
