After explaining my mother had died, I was told an online valuation could be done online, that we could use when we saw the solicitor. A week later I heard nothing so, I rung as I do know emails can get lost. I was told it was in "Daves" diary could he email it to me tomorrow. I said that was no good as after a week I was told it would be done and, we were seeing the solicitor that day. I was told "ok, thank you, bye". I do realise these things obviously aren't of much concern to this company but, after explaining why and when I needed it, if you had no intention of doing it, I could and would have asked another estate agent. Where do I start! They have been absolutely amazing!! David came to value our property and gave us a really honest and realistic valuation. He was super friendly & easy to talk to. David & his team worked so efficiently at getting our property out there and have been second to none they sold our house in under three months. David & his team were very professional, helpful and kept us up to date with all that was going on with our viewings and offers & finally our sale of our property. We honestly can not thank them enough after bad experiences with other estate agents. We was so happy to have a team we could trust. Throughout the process of selling our home Reeds & Rains were incredibly professional and supportive. Our initial contact was with David who was much better prepared than the other 3 estate agent companies I had also asked for a price. Sophie took over the main responsibility for selling the house and became our goto contact. Thank you reeds rains for the very smooth process of selling my house. From the initial contact of arranging a valuation to completing today, I have been very impressed. Special thanks go to Dave who went through the whole process at the beginning and was a major factor in why I signed up with them there and then, he wasn’t pushy at all and you could see that Customer service was high on their list. ( I had had a few valuations from other estate agents) Another special thanks goes to Sophie, she was the main communicator, plenty of emails and phone calls keeping me up to date with everything. Following recommendations I used a local estate agent to sell my house. Unfortunately, after many months and very little joy. I decided to change agents. I began my purchase with Reeds Rains when they were transitioning through staff. It wasn't a great experience at all. However, when David took over everything went through seemlessly and I was well informed of everything that was going on. David and the team are incredibly helpful when it came to my purchase and looking at other prospective properties, going above and beyond the expected to help in the matter. The Grimsby Reeds Rains Office went through some personnel changes during the sale of my late mother's house, but we were still offered a very professional, personal service, particularly by the current branch manager, Dave Gardner. We were always treated kindly and courteously, kept fully informed and regularly updated on progress. Dave took time to fully discuss options and the property, which would have been difficult to sell wherever we had placed it, sold at a realistic price within a very reasonable timeframe. We were really happy with the whole process and the office and particularly Dave relieved the stress of it all enormously. Thank you so much!

We just moved into our new property in Waltham, Lincolnshire, sold by Sophie Grimes at Reeds Rains. We dealt with other estate agents for the selling of our previous house in Buckinghamshire, 3 sets of solicitors, and the overall process was just as stressful as I imaged it would be... but, the only thing that kept me sane was the brilliant service from Sophie. What can I say? Marie, Keeley, Sarah and the team have literally changed our lives with their dedication, hard work and passion. They did something other estate agents didn't and went out and found a buyer for us. They did not rest on their laurels and expect buyer to turn up! Too many estate agents in this town rely on their "posh" and "modern" offices and forget what really matters, "selling houses"! Selling your home is an incredibly difficult and emotional time... the team have been on hand since day one with support, advice and above all a dedication we had not seen by other estate agents in Grimsby.
