I would like to give a big thanks to David and Rachael and the rest of the team at Grimsby for their attitude and professionalism for finding new tenants and clear up of our property. Only 9 months ago I were looking to change agents due to the very poor service the previous team were giving but since David and team arrived the attention to detail and quality has risen to 5stars. I have been kept up to date by phone on every single process regarding finding new tenants and had 6 viewings booked after only 2 days on the market. Absolute dream of a letting experience. Les was incredibly professional, the properties we were shown were very well maintained and clean. Sophie and David moved mountains to ensure that our last minute move in could take place and despite the lockdown were quick and efficient with their email responses and instructions. I am a first time renter who doesn't really have much infomation about what i'm doing. However, Sophie had gone out of her way to help me understand how the renting process works. No other person seemed to have the time of day to talk the proccess over with me as it is a given that we already know the process. Sophie had gone above and beyond to help me and my partner whilst trying to find a rented property fit for us. Although we have not yet found a property for us, Sohpie had explained that she would still answer any outstanding question I had. Brilliant Lady, very helpful and patient. 10/10. Thanks Sophie.

I have recently used Reeds Rains to rent a wonderful property. The whole service from viewing to signing the staff in the office have been truly AMAZING! Nothing was too much trouble, every phone call, every email was responded to immediately. The process hit a few bumps along the way, but Lisa and Jess always found a solution. They offered advice, guidance and worked together as a team to get the deal through. These girls went above and beyond their job, and I will actually miss speaking with them on a daily basis! The staff in the office, really have Tenant and Landlords at the heart of their positions, always striving to offer the best service. Always friendly, calming and approachable! Let's say they are one of the very few true, kind, humans in the world!
