The staff at reeds and rains are fantastic always friendly and go out of their way to help anyway they can Sophie, Jess and Jamie all played a part in my selling and buying and I can't thank them enough. Then there's Kelly what a superstar she was with me I'd of never of got through it all without her she was amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much

GoogleWhat a team! I can’t thank them enough for what they have done to sell my parents home. It wasn’t an easy journey, and living over 200 miles away, communication was key. GoogleGood service from both David and Sophie. Handled the sale of my property quickly and easily. Always answered any questions quickly and returned calls promptly. David was very professional and gave good advice about the sale. Sale fees were higher that their competitors but better value overall so worth the extra money. Very pleased with the service received.

GoogleRequested repairs to the property that I was renting in multiple occasions, never happened, and currently 3 weeks after moving out and still have not received my deposit back and can't seem to get a straight answer. The flat was dirty when I moved in, I cleaned from top to bottom when I moved out including shampooing and wet vac to carpets. it was way cleaner than when I moved in. Yet still won't return my deposit. Leaving me struggling to pay my bills, fuel my car and buy food. Thanks for putting me in this situation. Plus when the flat was for sale whilst I was a tenant, I found out when they booked a viewing! I wasn't even informed it was for sale.

FacebookA HUGE thank you to Sophie , without her I don’t think we would have seen this day collecting the keys! From day one wanting to view the home we had to wait a week for a space however Sophie was able to get us in the same day after our work hours. We agreed to put an offer in that same night and since then Sophie has always been fast at replying to us, involving us in everything, getting the ball rolling ASAP, being so helpful with so much information and support as we have no experience, letting us know what steps are next to expect and lastly getting us the keys to our first home! 🔑 We cannot Thankyou enough, a credit to Reed rains 🏡 🔑 ❤️
