I can’t thank David Gardner and Chris Brooks enough for their help on our first time purchase. Initially David came and gave us a valuation etc and made us feel completely at ease (seeing as we didn't really know what we were doing). I have recently sold my house through Reeds Reins. They provided excellent service throughout, and despite these challenging times sold my house in good time and for the full asking price. My sale was lead by David Gardner and Sophie Grimes. They provided me with a range of viewers from investors to buyers at my request and were responsive to my needs on times. They were more than happy to show people around at no extra cost and so’s produced and online video tour, but equally happy for me to take the lead if I wanted to. I was able to input my thoughts in to the brochure to showcase the local area and they listened and responded to my thoughts. They promoted my property to people who came in to the shop and ultimately that was what got the sale as opposed to online searching / enquiries. This is the benefit of having a local high street agent. Once the sale commenced I received regular updates on how things were progressing and they helped nudge solicitors when needed. On top of all this I also received advice from David with regards my onward purchase which want being sold through Reeds Reins. The advice I received helped me to progress my purchase when I wasn’t getting anywhere with the agent it was being sold under. Decided to use Reeds Rains Grimsby to sell my property as I noticed a rise in their ‘For Sale’ boards around my area. Dave came and valued my house and he recommended professional photography for the brochure. The brochure turned out stunning and the online advertising, including social media coverage, was extensive. Within 4 days we had 6 viewings on our house and full asking price offer, which was top market price, not a quick sell price. We are moving today and honestly can't thank Dave at Reeds Rains enough. We haven't had the easiest experience with lock down and restrictions delaying our move but he has gone above and beyond for us over the last few months.
