If you are looking for a tenant find service I highly recommend Reeds Rains. They found me a suitable tenant in no time at all, they have arranged the contract, and have taken care of informing the utility companies and the local council of the change as well. It's difficult to say just how grateful we are to this company. Mollie and the rest of the staff at Reeds Rains were exceptional. Every step of the way we were reassured and dealt with professionally and empathetically. Emails were always responded to, somebody always answered the phone and the staff were always friendly even after the 8th phone call of the day from us. We absolutely adore our new home, and the aftercare has been exceptional since we moved in. They have advised on insurance and suppliers and have quickly sorted out any little jobs that we needed to do. She was so patient and professional during the offer stage and has continued to be professional, helpful and supportive throughout. Jess is very friendly and pleasant to deal with her for any queries. I received a professional service from Leslie. He was efficient and reliable and found someone who moved into the property after 10 days of being advertised. I am very pleased with the service I received. 2 years on the service went down hill. Once I was tied into a contract, the service I received was poor. Too many things to state in this review. Promise after promise of improvement was never honoured. I would not recommend.
