Leslie Quest, reeds rains letting manager was 15 out of 10! He bent over backward to rent my property, made the renting process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way and made sure that renting went smooth. I planned to move to Essex and Leslie went above and beyond to finish legal requirements needed for renting. Leslie is honest, straightforward, and professional, was patient, quick to reply and communicate with me. I have no hesitation in recommending Leslie to others either renting, selling or buying the property.

If you want an agent that will truly look after you and go above and beyond what is expected as well as someone you can trust and will give you unbiased advice then dave Gardner is the agent for you. I have bought and sold many houses but never met anyone who has looked after me better than dave. The last time I moved dave had looked after me and guided me with brilliant advice and coincidentally was moving himself on the same day as me so when I hit legal problems with the money transfers dave who was having a day ooff to move stepped in and solved the problem. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the very start of our moving process, we dealt with Lisa. What can I say? In one word AMAZING!!! We struggled for a long time to try and find something that suited our needs and Lisa was open and honest right from the start and did her up-most best to help us. We secured a place but when it fell through (via our end) we were gutted. While we worked to resolve the issue we were having Lisa was constantly in touch with us and the same with us. Les and Lisa were fantastic throughout From the moment i viewed the property to finally signing the tenancy I can honestly say the experience was a joy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and each step was explained thoroughly. Whenever I contacted Les he replied straight away and whenever we stumbled upon a problem he was there to help me sort it. We bought a property through a modern auction with the help of Reed Rain's agent and Iamsold. From start to finish, Jessica B. and Poppy provided top service. The process had wrinkles in communicating with the vendor and the eventual purchase conclusion, but Jessica was there to sort things out rapidly and efficiently. We are also delighted that she introduced us to other vendors, such as cleaners and a home renovation agent, which was a massive help. Reeds rains Grimsby branch have been managing my rental properties for over a year and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their services. I recently bought a property with a tenant already in place. Leslie was so helpful throughout the whole process. Before we completed, he had all the relevant paperwork ready for the new tenancy. He worked patiently/professionally with the new tenant and myself until the new tenancy was activated. I could have given the management of the property to the agents from whom it was purchased but my experience with Reeds rains was such a great one that it was quite easy to come back to them. I must mention Dave the branch manager as well. He’s always made us feel that our properties are in good hands.
