I honestly cannot sing praises loudly enough for Reeds Rains's at Grimsby. My first point of contact was Dave who quickly got everything set up and guided me through the nerve wracking process of selling a house in a pandemic! I also dealt closely with Sophie and Jess throughout proceedings who were lovely...always professional and efficient. Not forgetting Les, of course!, who is in charge of lettings so I didn't speak much to him but, when I did, he was always courteous and helpful. I went through a horrific process with them of trying to rent a flat in Grimsby area. After the viewing of the property I asked how long will it take for them to get me the keys so I can move in. They said a week. So I've planned everything according to that information. You can imagine my frustration when after 6 WEEKS!!! I still haven't got the keys. I've been calling them everyday only to listen to Lies! After that it turned out that they only mediate this property with a different agency "Touchstone" and I should give them a call. So I did and I had the keys the next day! What a bunch of liars, not respecting a client especially if from abroad!
