TrustpilotWorst flat purchase ever!
I bought a flat in Woolwich. The main reason for buying the flat was the park view from the window. However, estate agent did not say anything about that the park is temporary and that tall residential buildings will be built in its place, although this has certainly been known for a long time. Of course, I understand that I should have found out about the matter myself, but I would have expected that such an important matter could have been mentioned. So soon I have the flat next to a construction site and at the same time I'll loose the wonderful park scenery, which is why I bought the flat. Worst flat purchase ever!

GoogleI recently moved to London during a week before the lockdown and had to deal with over a dozen of real estate agencies. Vanquish Real Estates has by far the best customer service you can ever ask for. I can name an agent called Yahya who was super helpful, extremely friendly and was always ready for and even welcoming my countless questions. The process of the letting itself was smooth and easy Looking forward to test their after sale relationship as they do manage the properties they let.
