Excellent letting experience with Max

Our most interaction with Vanquish has been through Max so far and he has been extremely proactive right from the start. He sent us videos of available properties for our reference, accommodated viewings on the same day with only a few hours of notice and very patiently gave us a thorough tour of the building and area during the viewing. Even after our offer was accepted and processed, Max was always responsive and around to help us with all the questions that we had. He kept us in loop at every step throughout the process and helped us with all the information needed to make the move as easy for as possible.

We have rented with Vanquish for the past 3.5 years, and the team has been consistently friendly and helpful from the very beginning. At the end of our tenancy we faced some challenges with the contractor we had hired for the final clean. Although the process was far from ideal, Nelly and her team worked tirelessly to help manage the situation as best they could. I’ve come across many letting agencies over the years and it’s safe to say Vanquish aren’t just better than the rest, they’re flawless. This review comes in large to Max, who I struggle to believe has been in the industry for less than a year - he’s hands down been the best agent we’ve worked with in our 8 years renting in London. From the first call and throughout the whole process, Max took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for, found us an amazing property that matched perfectly, and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. He had all our questions answered quickly and accurately, while also going above and beyond to supply us with any additional information we might not of known we needed. Max made the whole process feel easy (which is definitely a rarity in the London market these days!) It’s clear from all of the other reviews that Vanquish have an outstanding reputation and Max is an absolute credit to the team - I’m very much looking forward to having them as our property managers for the next couple of years and will definitely be going through them when we move in the future. During this time, my partner and I have moved between two flats with them, upgrading from a one bedroom to a two, and the process was always smooth and well managed. The properties have always been presented well and all maintenance issues were resolved quickly and effectively. The staff in both the lettings and property management teams have been amazing to deal with always professional, responsive and genuinely helpful at every stage. Edit: Yikes, absolutely turn for the worst when we decided to leave. Absolute vultures trying to scrape and trying to charge anything they could think on for the deposit. My advice for anyone, take it to TDS and dispute. I don't appreciate overcharging over some small mark on the wall that had no evidence of before or after, fair usage of wear and tear, unfounded charges on items ,which we even went over and beyond to provide pictures of the condition when we first moved in. It's in very bad taste for a premium lettings agency. Tyler has been great to assist us with the initial tenancy agreement. I am very appreciative of him getting it closed quite quickly within a week or two. He understood our situation and acted promptly in securing the place for us. I also want to thank Nelly in sorting out the initial few weeks of our tenancy and other standing issues we had with the place. They have been both quite understanding and useful which made our renting experience quite pleasant. Also like to thank Andreas during the end of our tenancy as he was helpful with sorting out any queries we had when we decided to move.

Professional and friendly

Nelly and the Team was really professional during our 3 years as tenants. They were always helpful and friendly. The check-in and check-out process were fast, easy and professional, through their online platforms. We were really delighted with the experience and they made the whole process of renting stress free. They were prompt during their 6 months property inspection and if there was anything wrong they did look into those and made an effort in fixing the issues within reasonable expectations. They are also innovating and during our tenancy upgraded the direct deposit experience. I can only imagine the experience would be similar for landlords. If this would be the standard across the industry, renting wouldn't have such a stressful and bad connotation. We can only recommend renting with Vanquish and the Team.
