It's been a month since I've moved into the rented property. Agne was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of signing the lease and making sure I got everything for my move in. However, one star is removed as it has not been possible to get a single thing on the maintenance list fixed even after moving in for a month, although I have been told a few times they are working on it.... but still no updates.

Had the pleasure of working with Agne and her manager Ben in trying to find a home. Agne was both helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Ben did a virtual viewing with me, and it was not rushed. He was both thorough and considerate of my requests.They were both refreshing as they were not pushy about getting me to take an apartment and did not employ pressure tactics, which a lot of their competitor agencies do at the Royal Arsenal. Although issues can be slow to resolve at times when communicating with the rest of the team, the boss, Michael is probably the most professional and attentive agent I've had the privilege of meeting. Unlike many agents I've had to deal with, he has a sense of urgency when it comes to resolving problems, and you feel this when issues are raised to him. Whatever it may be, he tries his best to sort it out, and I genuinely appreciate the effort. We had a mattress that needed to be removed from the previous tenant and he managed to get it done as soon as he could when I raised the issue with him. He was also very informative when we did the house tour. Vanquish also got everything sparking clean when we moved in, and that really impressed us. Michael will even check in on us every now and then to make sure everything's okay and working well, which just shows the initiative and immaculate service he provides.

I can not sing the praises of Andreas enough!!! Best lettings agent I've come across in the market right now by a country mile. Vanquish have got a real asset with him in the team. I work in the property investment industry myself and my recent rental search was disheartening & made be really question the competence of those working in lettings space right now. Agne was my estate agent from the start of my process renting in London. From start to finish she was absolutely exceptional! She really went out of her way to give us all the information we wanted, to make the process extremely smooth as this was our first time renting on our own, and she was always so attentive with our questions - and we had lots. She was always easy to reach and quick to reply. Any problems we had she and her team would help us to find a solution. Never felt abandoned at any stage. On move-in day she was still readily available and checking in on us. We met her colleague Sylwia who handed over the keys and all the last minute issues on the day she handled so very well and professionally. Really really loved these two ladies and we are so happy that they were the ones to guide us through our renting process. Our new flat is beautiful!!!

I definitely recommend Vanquish Real Estate for your property search. My husband and I were looking to buy a flat in London and Irina from Vanquish helped us with a lot of options. What I really liked was that she was eager to ask questions on our preferences and impressions of the properties, she quickly adjusted her proposals according to our feedback and also she was picking us up from the closest transport link and walked us to the properties, instead of meeting us directly to the property. Deeply disappointing service. I would strongly advise avoiding this rental agency. Our interactions with Vanquish were initially very friendly, but once we raised issues about cleaning and repairs in the apartment, emails went unanswered and the tone shifted noticeably. Unlike other London agencies we’ve used before (such as JLL), Vanquish relies on its own in-house property inspectors rather than independent third-party contractors, leading to non-objective outcomes. After submitting this review, we received calls and emails from Vanquish asking us to remove the review rather than focusing on resolving the underlying issues. I appreciate that our experience does not reflect the many five-star reviews on Google, but after experiencing the follow-up pressure to withdraw our feedback, it comes as a no surprise. If you value your time, I would recommend choosing a more reputable rental agency.
