There has not been any communication during your tenancy or inspections that you faced the issues mentioned above. During the check in process, property manuals were present and if there were any problems we would have rectified these straight away. “

Thank you David for your review, We are sorry that your experience with Vanquish did not go to plan and we are sorry for what happened to you and your partner. As it was discussed with you, the landlord did pull out of the agreement due to circumstances that were out of our hands. We did advise you as soon as the landlord contacted us and this was just over two weeks prior to your move in date. Again, it was not a fault of Vanquish and we did try to rectify the issue and talked to the landlord but unfortunately we were not not able to change his decision. I can assure you that we have zero control over this. And because of what happened we stopped working with the landlord.
