TrustpilotPromise the world and give you nothing
Promise the world and give you nothing, weeks without any communication or advice. All the staff were friendly at first, then once they have you, they quite pompous and overbearing. Think they are mini gangsters..

GoogleI used Robinson Jackson for my sale purchase and they were excellent. The sale took a lot longer than expected (this had nothing to do with the RJ team) and at times I wanted to pull out. Hazel was brilliant and dealt with my meltdowns, she was always sympathetic but remained neutral and professional. She helped things move along and was always there either on the phone or via email. Thank you to Hazel, Spencer and the team. They found me a buyer very quickly, helped me loads during the sale and I would definitely recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotAVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this estate agents at all costs ! had to keep asking for updates which never came. Finally made a complaint to branch manager at Chatham by mail, received in my opinion a vulgar display of how NOT to talk to an existing client.FOUR DAYS NOTICE GIVEN BEFORE COMPLETION AND THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY.We had planned to give all of my wife's late mother's furniture to the British Heart Foundation, however this was not possible and we ended up having to have it collected ourselves at a huge cost and the furniture was destroyed as we had nowhere to put it.We approached RMJ to ask them to cover the cost of the collection from their £4710.00 fee but they flatly refused.Basically we now have to pay them £4710.00 for not doing a professional job.ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TrustpilotAtrocious is too good a word to…
Atrocious is too good a word to describe them. 1 viewer in 8 weeks of their being sole agency! They failed to answer detailed questions I asked of them. FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE. Unable to adhere to sellers instructions. They got initial property description WRONG 3 TIMES. Even on last day as my agent, 2 out of 2 viewers failed to arrive! Del Boy Trotter could have done better. 8 WEEKS WASTED BY THEM. Recommend them to your enemies!!

GoogleThe team at Robinson Jackson were really amazing - this is not hyperbole. I didn't have a high opinion of estate agents until they handled the sale of the property I bought. They were professional, efficient and kind, and did work that really the solicitors should have been doing and brought what turned out to be a difficult transaction to completion. I can't praise them highly enough. Particular thanks to Hazel and Spencer. I gladly recommend them to everyone. Nicki W

GoogleThe decision to have Spencer Humble at Robinson Jackson handle the sale of my house, left me with no doubt upon our first meeting. Together with his supportive team, professionalism, integrity, efficiency and reliability shone through the entire process. Spencer was invaluable with his guidance and problem solving through what became a difficult sale process. Spencer's exceptional business experience shone through his every move. A seller could do no better than to be represented by Mr. Humble and his fine company.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSpencer and his Team are professional and very supportive. They helped me through each challenging stages of selling my property until it was recently sold. They answered every call, every email promptly and ensured that I was kept informed all throughout the process. Spencer's leadership is exceptional and his team are friendly, approachable and courteous. I would recommend Robinson and Jackson to potential buyers and sellers. I bought my property from them over 14years ago and I went back to them to sell it. That is a positive testament to their work ethic. Thank you team. All the best Anthonia M.

TrustpilotAwful
Awful - rainham branch Kent Kelly has taken £20 of my deposit to glue a small corner of the carpet on a step. 1 month after, the job was not done, also when I asked for a receipt refused to give me one. How could she, if it didn't exist? Also they tried to take more money of me but couldn't because didn't have proofs Also when you ask to fix something while you're living in their property, it takes long, nothing is straightforward, and if possible you are made to pay.Maybe other branches are ok but Rainham is hallucinating I simply had to complain to ombudsman because there is none to complain to apart from Kelly and Natalie the managers in Rainham. Noone gives you any details Worse letting agency

TrustpilotI've had a very mixed experience with…
I've had a very mixed experience with Robinson Jackson lettings. On the positive end they are generally easier to get hold of than other estate agents. On the negative end, they promised things that weren't delivered (photos of flat inspections etc). They also wash their hands of issues when you raise an issue and leave it to you to sort out. I left the relationship with them feeling like I wouldn't choose them again
