Professional polite and knowledgeable would be the best words to sum up the excellent service received with our sale. Will was very polite, knowledgable and open when it came to discussing our sale and after seeing four other estate agents there was never any doubt to go with RMJ. Both Spencer and Will gave practical, realistic and professional advice when it came to closing the sale which happened very soon after putting the flat on the market. All of their recommendations were brilliant (our mortgage advisor secured a much better deal for us than others I had been consulting with and the solicitor was fantastic). Hazel was extremely efficient and very reassuring throughout the whole process which made things a lot easier when the odd niggle was on the horizon. She was always well informed and sure to update me. I cant thank them enough and would wholly recommend RMJ

I very much enjoyed the service i got from Robinson and Jackson. I liked the quality of service, the friendly approach, the level of staff quality that they employ but what i most liked about them is I was always in the loop with regular updates/emails/texts. I would like to thank Hazel, Spencer, Luke and all the staff at Robinson Jackson, Plumstead. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish.They secured a buyer within days of the property being placed on the market, at the top of the suggested price range. They acted speedily, professionally and extremely efficiently from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.I could not fault them in any way. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone and believe you could not find better and I say that as someone who is generally critical of most businesses I deal with. Truly outstanding 10/10. If only every other company were as good as them.

We were really pleased with the efforts of Robinson Jackson Plumstead team as we were buying a house in the area. Will and Darren left great first impression as we conducted 2 viewings on the property, and then in dealing with the offer. Hazel was always happy to provide updates, and chase vendors and solicitors when necessary. And finally Spencer did an amazing job with giving a final push to cut short the period between exchange and completion. Can highly recommend and will go back to them in the future myself.

I employed the services of Robinson Jackson and found the company to be incredibly professional, understanding, up to date with the market, superb with ideas and information, punctual with timing and they have successfully sold my property to the best person I could ever imagine. Any estate agent can claim to sell your home for the best price but very few can continue to support the sale during difficult and complicated matters. Robinson Jackson weathered all the storms with me and never gave up even though others would have. Swanley BranchFantastic experience selling our house with R&J Swanley. Michelle and Matt done everything they could possibly do to get the house on the market and sold as quickly as possible (after a disastrous 15 month hellish, waste of time with Wards - Eynsford, that cost us lots of time & £30,000). Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... John Speer even supported us in our buying of a house with another estate agent. If you want an estate agent who looks after you and offers fair pricing and is the main reason the process even went through as they chased everyone (removed so much hassle) would highly recommend?

Robinson Michael Jackson Strood

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood, particularly with Nancey Liddle. The service we received was the worst we've ever encountered. We viewed approximately 10 properties with them, and almost every morning before the viewing, they would call to reschedule, often neglecting to update their system. Sometimes, this resulted in us traveling miles for viewings only to find out they hadn't been scheduled on their system, wasting our time and resources. We mentioned to the Nancey that we’re frustrated that our viewings are constantly being rescheduled and she said that there’s no record of reschedulings on their system. I had to provide screenshot text messages evidence where they had rescheduled multiple times but failed to make a record of it. Nancey's approach throughout was very rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. She pressured us into making a much higher offer than the asking price. When we felt uncomfortable the day after and wanted to view another property to ensure we weren’t getting the short end of the stick as first-time buyers, she told us that we would be causing emotional distress to the elderly couple whose property we had put the offer on. She shouted at us on the phone despite us remaining calm throughout. We ended up pulling out due to such poor customer service.We would not recommend Robinson Michael Jackson Strood to anyone seeking a smooth and professional property transaction. The lack of reliable communication and professional integrity was deeply disappointing.

They made an excellent video of our house and it sold for above the asking price 2 days after we put it on the market!
