I am so grateful to Robinson & Jackson Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch.Some things were fine, such as the listing and the viewings.But they were also very unethical at times. For example they only told me that a prospective buyer's mortgage application failed two weeks after they learned of this. My property was off the market for much longer than necessary.

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly .We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !

Robinson Jackson Eltham branch sold my house earlier this year and unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with them. I had an office administrator handling the majority of the sale, rather than a sales progressor, and the level of service was poor. I didn't feel like they had my best interests at heart and just wanted to get my case off their desk. On occasions where information hadn't been relayed to me and I copied in the manager, Jack Glyde, he didn't even bother to respond. I sadly found their overall level of service particularly poor and having worked in property before myself, I have a good idea of how things work. I definitely would not recommend them.

GoogleUnfortunately it didn’t work for me hence the one star rating. I had a property to sell which would mainly attract a niche set of clients and I didn’t find them very helpful. It was a case of whether people turned up and I didn’t feel that they did anything outside of their comfort zone to sell my flat. In comparison, another smaller estate agent managed to come up with ways to sell my flat (and they found a buyer approx a month since changing to them) and there was a lot more feedback and communication throughout the process. Maybe I was just unlucky with Robinson Jackson but I ended up giving up on them as it never worked for me.

GoogleExcellent service provided from Robinson Jackson Eltham. Sam from Sales Progressing team was absolutely fantastic. Felt I was kept informed every step of the way. Did not need to contact her as I was updated regularly. If anything needed, she responded to emails very quickly and offered good advice for any problems encountered. Sam and everyone I dealt with made the process of buying our first house much easier and less stressful. I am highly satisfied and will definitely recommend RJ Estate Agents to everyone who is looking to buy or sale property. Thank you!

Highly unethical company, will employ utterly scummy lowlife tactics. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs. Not only are they bad at their job and what they do, but when they inevitably fail they will attempt to find any other amoral method to extract their misbegotten gains. Extremely stressful experience, losing sleep because of these clowns.

We bought our new property using Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. Their service was excellent. Keeping us informed all the way of developments as they happened. They were more that happy to organise the viewing of the property 3 or 4 times so as we could double check things. All the staff were very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. I chased them multiple times to arrange a viewing to buy a property which they were not able to schedule in over a month. I was never called back (despite promises) and was even not registered in their system. I told them I was very interested and called them at least 5 times enquiring and they said they would call me back and never did. Finally spoke to someone who did arrange the viewing, and I get a call on the day saying the viewing was cancelled because the property had already been sold. Utter waste of time, unprofessional.

Sold us a house with floorplan saying the property is 100 sqm (hence the higher price we paid compare to other similar looking properties in the area) only for us to find out later the property is 80 sqm.This is fraud, this is lying, this is scamming people.Not long ago we also found out that they are not even TPO registered so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they scam people like this in broad daylight.
