Very helpful and professional team. Both Charlotte and Ravina were extremely responsive and proactive in communication. In particular, Ravina was my main contact with the buyer and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, as a first-time buyer, providing lots of info on the process. Ravina chased down all parties when necessary (this has made a huge difference in speeding up a slow and bureaucratic process..) Unfortunately exchanges are not always in the agents control (unless you choose to appoint as conveyors as well, I didn't as I was keen to have an independent solicitor.. with hindsight i'm not sure whether or not this was best strategy..). Therefore delays can happen purely due to lack of communication between parties.. this is where a persistent agent like Ravina can help things move!

Highly disappointed so far in the 5 weeks that the Woolwich Branch was appointed to sell my house. I felt my complaints about the service was dismissed with defensive responses, emails are selectively not responded to, and I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for my property details to be sent to be for approval, which was promised over a week ago, and chaser emails again not responded to. They were extremely quick to chase me when looking to sign a contract, but once the contract has been signed, it's all gone downhill, from my perspective as a client with a huge lack of communication. I've asked them to release me from the contract so I can go elsewhere to find another agency who will seriously market my property but again no response.

From start to finish, I have been very impressed with everyone working at the branch, but mostly Ravina as she personally dealt with my sale and purchase. She kept me well informed on every situation, was polite and was very straight forward and always had a smile on her face. She helped me through the new Conveyancing Connect System, which I can highly recommend and say it made everything a breeze and it meant you could keep track through every stage of the process. Ravina and the team are wonderful to work with, don’t hesitate to use their skills at all.

Worst estate agent (£1200 not refunded)

Worst estate agent, whole company is full of scam (its mortgage advice, solicitor panel). They have taken advance payment of £399 for solicitor search and £798 for mortgage for my potential buy. Later the seller pulled from process and I have asked for refund, but they are not refunding my money. This is worst company in the UK to deal with property, mortgage, solicitor panel.

I am very very pleased with Ravina my agent from Mann countrywide in helping purchase my 1st home. I was looking at a property in a particular development and Ravina was intrumental in pursuing the seller for 3 months and then letting me have the 1st viewing as promised which is a rarity with most estate agents. Ravina has also been helpful in constantly giving me updates, chasing the relevant parties. I appreciate all her efforts and will recoomend Mann Countrywide to anyone wishing to sell/buy a property. A special mention to Rick, Lauren and Lovelern who have been wonderful to deal with aswell. All the best everyone!

I purchased an investment property through Ravina at Mann estate agent. She was there all through even though the puchase process took a while (due to the seller) by giving regular updates. She was very professional, able to answer all questions and was ready to provide additional assistance by referring me to their letting department once the purchase was completed and mortgage advice at the early stage. The most amazing thing was that she dropped the keys to me on completion day as the seller did not get this across to her at a good time. I will recommend Ravina and Mann estate agent.

I recently inquired about a one-bedroom flat in the Woolwich area, which seemed to be listed at a very competitive price. Upon my initial call, the agent spent over 15 minutes gathering extensive personal information, including details about my move and salary, and assured me they would follow up the next day. However, I never received any call back. A whole week passed, and I had to reach out again to inquire about a viewing. After being told the property was finally available for viewing, they arranged me the same day. I traveled two hours round-trip, only to be left waiting for 15 minutes outside the property before receiving a call informing me the viewing was canceled due to “communication issues” with the tenants and “couldn’t get the keys from reception. They apologized over the phone and promised to reschedule the viewing and provide a room tour video the next day. Unsurprisingly, they disappeared and never followed through. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. I would not recommend this agency, they are unreliable, disorganized, and unprofessional.

Some things were fine, some were awful. For example, they suddenly changed my listing to 'cash buyers only' without consulting me. It didn't even make sense to do that as non-cash buyers with a sufficient deposit could buy it. As a result of seeing that, the person whose property I was going to buy told me that he could no longer wait for me to sell my property and pulled out of the agreement.
