Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleHave been working Sam McCaig for a while now... we have not found a property yet but he is an extremely professional, patience and honest individual. Cannot speak for the rest of the branch but Sam is someone I highly recommend at Foxtons Greenwich.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

GoogleHafsa did very well in identifying and showing me several apartments while I was looking to rent. She explained the process & state of the market in plenty of detail, which was really helpful to me as a first-time renter. I ended up preferring an apartment which was let by a different estate agent, but the interactions I had with Foxtons were the best among the several companies with which I inquired - over the phone, in person and online. I'd come to Foxtons again!
