I cannot begin to express my gratitude to FARUQ SADIQ for his absolutely BRILLIANT work. Faruq has been incredibly professional, he went not one but few extra miles for us to make our dream for a flat come true. We went through such challenging buying process- had to change solicitors, mortgage lenders, and even a term in the lease and Faruq guided us successfully throughout all these issues. He just never gave up on us! He bridged between both sides solicitors, mortgage advisors, sellers and landlords, surveyors and maintenance team and always stayed so calm and positive, exceptionally respectful and supportive and incredibly efficient till the very end when he gave us the keys to our new home. He simply gets it DONE ✅ I cannot recommend Faruq highly enough and Foxtons are truly fortunate to have such a brilliant agent like Faruq in their team! Thank YOU, Faruq!

New X Foxtons is appalling

New Cross Gate letting office is appalling. I had a misfortune to invite them a few years back for valuation and then when changed my mind, asked them to delete me from their database as wasn't planning to do anything with my house. And guess what every year I am receiving unsolicited calls inquiring about valuation, letting, selling. They promise to delete my number every time they call once every half a year in average, pathetic.

They take the money & abandon…

They take the money and then abandon their landlords. Do not rent a property with these agents as there is no customer support or response. I have had a couple of issues and queries - I have had to ring several times with long wait times and email multiple times for a response, still waiting three weeks later. They never reply or respond costing me hours of wasted time and stress.

Landlords don’t be fooled by the nice offices and friendly staff. They are ruthless. They take 13 percent + VAT for rent collection only and lock you in for 5 years. It’s not the tenants we need protecting from. It’s the ruthless agents.
