We originally picked Conran to sell our property because they seemed really knowledgeable of the area, had a competitive agents’ fee and were not too pushy or sales-y. They were very realistic when setting expectations from the off-set, and made the process easy to follow.These guys really showed their worth when we had a buyer pull out last minute, and they found us another buyer within 48 hours (at the same sale price!).Really organised, friendly, and helpful right through to completion. Everything you want in what can otherwise be a stressful period!

GoogleI was going to go with these to sell but decided against it when meeting Michael John an estate agent. He was very insecure and felt he had to be in competition with me when we met and a poor attitude. Also flirting was inappropriate from him which made me uncomfortable. Watch out people.

Greenwich lettings department is completely incompetent. Booked in a viewing, had the booking confirmed two days before by email. The viewing was confirmed by phone 4 hours before on the day. While driving to the property unknown to me had an email that it was cancelled due to the tenants not giving access. Was it ever booked ??

This company over hype themselves. Do they act for the benefit of owners? They sent round a fancy leaflet with a picture of a house in Kemsing Road which they say they have sold asking for others in the street for a named family. They hadn't sold it, the house was "under offer" at that time, after a substantial price reduction and months on the market. And now has a For Sale sign up once again . Are they going to send a correcting notice round?

GoogleWhere to start… I’m neither a buyer nor a seller, but a former employee. Conran took a chance on me and I will forever be indebted to them. The kindness I experienced, the transparency with how they work and the friends I’ve made along the way are just some of the things I’m truly grateful for. Speaking from the other side of the sale/purchase I guarantee you will always be looked after to the highest of standards. It can be a difficult time purchasing a property, I know as an Agent there were times it felt like a very bumpy road to completion! It’s never smooth sailing but I can truly say, whether you are looking at selling, or after buying somewhere, Conran is the safest pair of hands out there!

GoogleWe had a pleasant experience as a first time buyer using Conran and felt that overall the agents we worked with were calm, helpful and didn't put too much pressure on us. The reason for the 4/5 is that we did feel a little bit rushed at the end with our conveyancers advice to get a deed of variance for the ground rent and threats of the seller's seller pulling out. We've heard this before and I do wonder if it's a tactic to exchange and complete (it may not be). The seller's solicitor did give some good logic to proceed without it though, however there is always a chance this will come back and cause us problems when we try and sell. Overall we love the property we purchased and are grateful to Will and Jodie for all their help and being pleasant to work with. We would also definitely consider using Conran again down the line should we be selling, buying or renting, and would also recommend them. A big thanks to them for helping us with the purchase.
Hi Mike thank you for your kind review. I appreciate the comment about the rushed bit at the end. I assure you that we would never do this unless there was a real chance of the chain collapsing. As it was the sellers seller then we could only accept the information at face value - we also are not fans at this stage of the process when some sellers/buyer start threatening to collapse the chain. We will always mediate honestly and effectively to our clients - this is the ethos of Conran. Thank you for mentioning this point though.
