Success!

First of all, thanks to the agent who was responsible of my case, I was able to get exactly the place I wanted. She helped me all the way through, viewing the flat through video (and it is exactly what I expected) and helping all the way through the acceptance etc and, it was not at all easy given that I am not really (or I was not) thr standard tenant case. But I managed, thanks to her help and I am very happy in Blackheath!

We had an A1 service throughout from Kellie and her colleagues at Conran. Very professional, excellent fast communication, proactive and also responded very quickly to issues when raised. She kept all parties informed throughout the whole property buying process and took action immediately when it was required. We have used Conran at Charlton for the sale of our mid-terraced house in Charlton. We had an offer within 5 days of listing ;). However this is only a fraction of the outstanding personal service, which we have continuously received by Kellie Kemp. She was the difference between completing close to my deadline and saving thousands of pounds of interest per day and not completing at all. If it was not her to chase the buyers solicitors, the buyers and our solicitors and offer them solutions to their hurdles and objections and more or less do their job for them we would h have completed with months of delay. All in all if I can rate Kellie with 10 out of 10 I would rate her as ONE million, not just 10. Rossen
