Chase Evans had been managing my property for the past 12 years and they deserve a five star rating for helping me to manage tenants especially during the difficult COVID period. They helped me find a wonderful place to move to and the process, when compared to my experience with other agencies, was smooth and pleasant. Documentations and guidelines were clear and trustworthy. The agent that manages our tenancy, Noel Ng, has always been responsive, resourceful and sincere. I'll surely consider going to Chase Evans again when I next move (hopefully not soon :P).

I have been in a property managed by Chase Evans for about a year. I think I have had 4-5 different property managers. Have never received an email from them letting me know that my property is managed by someone else and therefore, my calls are not often answered. Requested several issues to be fixed. Some are still (after almost a year) being chased to be fixed. Very poor experience and they care very little about what their customers think. If you can (I know it’s difficult in this crazy housing market), choose a different letting agency.
