GoogleI have properties that are managed by B&C Properties. I have to say the staff makes my job as a Landlord easy. I have worked with Catie for 2 years, even I am currently in China, communication and professionalism is 100%. Through the lockdown period, which was a worrying time for many Landlords, I experienced no issues at all. They kept me informed and up to date of tenant movement throughout. Thank you!

Tiffany very effectively managed my flat sale from the original marketing, advice on pricing, handling the viewings all through to the final completion. Tiffany was extremely attentive, diligent and responsive. I took Tiffany’s recommendations for solicitors to choose from with whom Tiffany has worked with. All of my communication has been through Sonia and I can say that I have found her to be extremely responsive and very helpful from inception to completion. Every issue that has reared its head along the way has been quickly resolved. I would thoroughly recommend Sonia and B&C Properties. I am sure I will be using these agents again in the future.

The renting process was simple, quick and positive. My issue with this firm the fees that it tried to impose when leaving citing the AST, when it’s not there. Unfortunate that an otherwise positive experience has end in a dispute. Perhaps B&C should read their own AST before forcing a dispute.Response to B&C: This is not Alice. The DPS decision shows that you were wrong. Frankly an apology is due from you. You make claims that simply aren’t reflected in the AST. I still can’t believe that B&C expected us to pay a percentage for a period where there is another tenant in the property. Utterly incredible.
Dear Alice, thank you for taking the time to write us a review and express your concerns. The signed AST expressly states that your tenancy is for a minimum term of 8 months, the exact wordings are: Should either party wish to terminate the Tenancy, it is agreed that a minimum of 2 months advance written notice must be served on the other party and the tenancy must not expire within the first 8 months of the Tenancy commencement date. In this Lease the earliest date either party can give notice will be the 22nd of March 2023 to expire 2 months’ after service of that notice. Any earlier termination than this and conditions would be up to the landlord's discretion. We believe the nominal termination fee charged is justified. We will however take on board your feedback and make the AST more transparent. All the best, B&C Team

GoogleArranged a viewing, agreed to change appointment time on the day and then they cancelled. I've never been contacted since to rearrange I feel sorry for the seller as I'm not longer interested in using this agent Despite the reply, no contact ever received after the cancellation, even just to say "awaiting the owner" I don't back down on my assessment

GoogleNot very professional or trustworthy. Both of these traits are important when dealing with one of the most important decisions of ones life such as buying and selling. Good communicative skills and honesty with buyers / sellers are very important factors to look for when enlisting the help of an agency to handle property transactions. With reference to your reply. Maybe Sonia your sales agent can shed some light. She arranged and canx 3 viewings with the same client who lives in the same development and each time never showed up and each time canx last minute. One time, I was expecting them to come but after an hour, no sight and no word from Sonia whether she is on her way. Tried calling and she apologized to say her client is no longer coming and to reschedule. 3rd time canx again same day and sent me a text to say would need to reschedule. Very strange considering her client only lives a few mins away. Surely she can pop up for 10 mins. After challenging Sonia, she admits her client has already made an offer on another property yet she texted to say her client will reschedule when she already knew she is no longer interested. Sonia also mentioned she has another client who is also interested and was supposed to come same day but no sign of them either. Each time, she promises but each time a no show. Each time, I made an effort to tidy up and ask members of the family to help and wait at home for the viewings. Honestly and integrity from an agency are important factors to take into account when selling / buying a property.

I have been renting for a number of years in London. I have had experiences with many estate agents but what I will say is that Baclis was by far the easiest to deal with and by far the most responsive to my questions. They seem to have a direct and good relationship with their landlords and can turn things around quickly. They were always polite and chased things for me when I asked. Everything was in order when I moved into the property and everything went smoothly. I'd recommend them.
