I found my home through B&C Properties, and I’m very grateful for all the support I’ve received, especially from Paige. Since moving in, there were a number of things that needed attention and a few issues that had to be sorted out, and Paige has been helping me address them one by one with great care and professionalism. She is always quick to respond, kind, and incredibly helpful. Her guidance and support have made a huge difference in helping me settle into life in the UK, and I truly appreciate everything she has done for me so far. I sincerely hope to continue this positive relationship going forward. If Paige is the person managing your property, you can feel confident that you are in very good hands. Further, the Property was let very quickly with a choice given to us to pick the tenant we wanted without any pressure whatsoever. This was the very reassuring to be able to do this,. It shows that B&C Properties have a healthy tenant data base to be able to do this. Most importantly they have reasonable fees not out there to fleece Landlords like other Letting agents out there.
