GoogleArranged a viewing with Ryan at B&C properties and it was a seamless experience. Ryan managed to accommodate our exact viewing request at short notice and presented both the amenities and property very well for the property in Kidbrooke. The most difficult aspect of viewing apartments always feels like arranging and coordinating the viewing, so having Ryan support us in the process was a blessing.

GoogleThey are very unprofessional and their set of clients are not ethical. I am thoroughly harassed by them and their landlord. The continue to do business with wrong set of landlord who harassed me, so whenever you are taking rent through them be rest assured they will withhold your rental deposit and you will be harassed to Route via DPS. Avoid B&c property at any cost.

GoogleLeighton Hanson offered a comprehensive inspection with regards to the routine quarterly/bi-annual observations of the apartment and the care afforded it by the current residents. I am impressed that he genuinely checked and remarked on issues that may have been disregarded, such as the build up of scale on the shower screen. Without pro-active cleaning by the tenants, the screen would need changing as scale build-up is challenging to shift. Attention to the small details is important and especially appreciated.
