GoogleWe were thinking to rent out our property. The advice from them is really helpful and they also sent us a lot of useful documents. Highly recommended, especially Dominic in sales, who is really professional and responsive. He gave us a very good understanding of the rental market. Really appreciated the help.

GoogleNot very professional or trustworthy. Both of these traits are important when dealing with one of the most important decisions of ones life such as buying and selling. Good communicative skills and honesty with buyers / sellers are very important factors to look for when enlisting the help of an agency to handle property transactions. With reference to your reply. Maybe Sonia your sales agent can shed some light. She arranged and canx 3 viewings with the same client who lives in the same development and each time never showed up and each time canx last minute. One time, I was expecting them to come but after an hour, no sight and no word from Sonia whether she is on her way. Tried calling and she apologized to say her client is no longer coming and to reschedule. 3rd time canx again same day and sent me a text to say would need to reschedule. Very strange considering her client only lives a few mins away. Surely she can pop up for 10 mins. After challenging Sonia, she admits her client has already made an offer on another property yet she texted to say her client will reschedule when she already knew she is no longer interested. Sonia also mentioned she has another client who is also interested and was supposed to come same day but no sign of them either. Each time, she promises but each time a no show. Each time, I made an effort to tidy up and ask members of the family to help and wait at home for the viewings. Honestly and integrity from an agency are important factors to take into account when selling / buying a property.

I have been renting for a number of years in London. I have had experiences with many estate agents but what I will say is that Baclis was by far the easiest to deal with and by far the most responsive to my questions. They seem to have a direct and good relationship with their landlords and can turn things around quickly. They were always polite and chased things for me when I asked. Everything was in order when I moved into the property and everything went smoothly. I'd recommend them.

I have properties that are managed by B&C Properties. I have to confess the staff makes my job as a Landlord easy. I have worked with Catie for 2 years, even I am currently in China, communication and professionalism is 100%. Everyone was extremely helpful and speedy in helping me rent a property on a relocation move from the US. In particular, Sam was great at getting all the paperwork sorted and Michelle at getting us settled in. GoogleArranging a tenancy after just arriving in the country was a daunting task, involving a limited selection of appropriate properties, a need to choose under pressure, a need to organise bank accounts to make the necessary payments and the need to complete the Goodlord tenancy review which (understandably) is written for locals with existing permanent addresses, banking relationships, employment history etc. All this while hoping to complete fast enough to hold our chosen property. The team at B&C properties, led in my case by Adele Chen, were super helpful and efficient. They offered the best property, and then helped every step of the way as we secured the deal. I'm very grateful for their help and would certainly recommend them to others.

Have a great experience with B&C Properties from Day 1. Dominic was the one who helped me to rent a flat and Michelle was my property manager who was always responsive and took care of all of my requests. It's been a pleasure to work with them.
