I would like to share my very good experience with Perkins in particular Hassan. He has gone above and beyond to try and help me sell my property which there has been a few obstacles on the way. Hassan thank you once again for all your time, patience and effort you have up in to selling my property. I would highly recommend the services of Perkins and Hassan

To be short, Perkins is the best! The moment when Shannon popped in to valuate the property, I realised immediately I was in safe hands. Throughout the sales process, Shannon and her team have demonstrated a highest professional standard and great attitude. Every single of my enquiries was responded firmly and swiftly; every time the information they gave me was affirmative and honest, so I could have a clear picture about the progress and timing. What impressed me the most was that Shannon and her team delivered more than previously agreed, so get ready for some happy surprise:) I know Perkins is doing a great business in the area, but I still strongly recommend Perkins, as a trustworthy agent, an industry leader, so more customers will have an amazing experience with them! Well done Perkins!

Working with this agent to rent a room ASAP was so quick and easy. Between the first viewing and living in was only a week. Syar was so helpful with everything and was able to answer any questions I had and helped me with the process. I really appreciate his attentiveness and even checking up to see how everything was going a little after I had moved in. I would highly recommend this company, great communication and great service!

Jay was professional , knowledgeable and very polite. Seemed to know exactly what we needed from an Estate Agent. As an out of area Landlord it was important we could find someone we trust. Successfully found us tenants several times now , never any fuss or difficulty. It’s great to have someone on your side. Thank you

Worst eastate agent I ever worked with dont trust them dealt with Greenford branch and although I have had my offer accepted by seller they still did not take property off the market. Basically for few hundred pounds more commission they will simply bypass you . I would call them scammers not a estate agent.

Perkins is a good real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents. Highly recommended. Would like to mention Miraj Chhipa, Perkins representative, who explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from a buyer’s perspective and this has made it really easy to work with Perkins, an agent that understands an individual’s requirements. Miraj is willing to support in our search for our ideal first time home.
