I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hassan from Perkins Estates in Greenford, and I have to say, it was a great experience. He helped us find and buy a flat, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. First off, Mr. Hassan was just so easy to deal with. Hassan showed us the property and we fell in love with it. Thanks to Hassan we viewed the property as the first viewing we couldn’t attend and had to cancel and he kindly called us back to rearrange and I believe it was fate. Hassan was so patient with us and kind and has a bubbly and helpful personality which was maintained from start to finish. This is me venting out my frustrations. As someone who pays the rent on time or mostly ahead of its due dates. I feel like I am being disregarded because, well, I left already so they won’t care at all. It’s been 3 weeks since I dropped the keys to the property I rented. I’ve been expecting the deposit since after a week because of course I had to pay the new property I’m renting at the moment. And as someone who pays my rent on time, I was expecting I’ll be treated the same. But even after several follow ups on a daily basis, nothing happens and it’s very very frustrating already. And when they increased the rent for a £100 last March 2025, I didn’t even bother to negotiate even after learning that other tenants are paying much lesser than me. It’s because I was trying to be a good tenant. But here I am feeling so frustrated because I’m being treated otherwise. The Property I’m talking about is the one in Marnham Crescent. The reason of the delay is about an invoice regarding my bathroom which I vividly remember I left without any damage. I made sure I left it as what was agreed in the contract. If there is something it should be considered as a fair wear and tear as I lived there for 1.5 years. And it was also specifically mentioned in the contract. It’s very inconsiderate as I have been reminding them almost everyday. So I’m giving them 1 start this time because honestly I am very very frustrated and dissatisfied with my end of tenancy.

Pathetic customer service. We booked in for 1pm and called them to advice that we are running slightly late. So they called back and told me that they have rebooked for 1:30pm. We got there for 1:25pm and after waiting for 20mins, we got told to rebook for another day as Hassan is supposedly stuck at the other viewing.
