I had such a great experience working with Hassan as my real estate agent. From the very beginning all the way through to completion, he was incredibly supportive, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and was always understanding no matter how many questions I had. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, I was always kept updated and felt completely reassured at every stage. Buying a house can be really stressful, but Hassan made the whole experience feel smooth and manageable. His dedication, patience, and genuine care really stood out. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.

I would like to share my positive experience with Jay Kareem, who has been an excellent agent throughout my renting process. From the very beginning, Jay has been honest, transparent, and clear with all information. There were no hidden charges, no surprises, and everything was explained properly and professionally. Jay handled the entire process with respect and integrity, making sure I felt confident and supported at every step. It is rare to find an agent who is this straightforward and trustworthy, and I truly appreciate his help. I highly recommend Jay Kareem to anyone looking to rent or work with a reliable estate agent. His professionalism and honesty make the whole experience smooth and stress‑free

My experience was very good. We really liked the property, and it was within our budget. It was a new furnished property with all facilities at a lower price. We were searching everywhere, but this one was the best. Thank you Perkins Estate Agents, especially Jay sir.
