Being a company that buys properties for cash all over the UK; and have purchased 100’s per year.. I can easily say that throughout ALL of the estate agents we have worked with, there have been few that compare to Shannon... Out of numerous property queries, and confusions I have had.. Having never bought a property before we really relied on Perkins estate agents to confidently guide us through the process. They were truly fantastic and very proactive in every step of the way even providing a handy week by week guide to the buying process. Jay led his team expertly well and took on our negotiations with confidence and a real industry 'know how'. The house is mostly fine, rooms are not as spacious as expected, the garden without fence is raising some concerns, but in general is all good and as location is pretty far from any underground station but good connection to buses. Thank you Jay for taking time to show it to me.

Amazing service from Hassan during our buying journey, he has been so patient and helpful with the process, assisting us with getting through delays and issues. He has constantly kept us in the loop about what stage we have been at and has always responded to our emails promptly. Really helpful and lovely to chat to.
