GoogleI had let out my property via Perkins and Co. a couple of weeks ago. I found Syar and Shannon to both be very professional, efficient and understanding of my requirements as a landlord. I found both to be very polite, enthusiastic and very client focused. They ensured I was kept in the loop throughout the process. My property was previously let out via another agency and I can say switching to Perkins and Co. was the correct decision.
