GoogleAs a buyer I found this company quite difficult to work with. I felt whenever I called the office it was almost adversarial, which made having a discussion quite challenging. I also felt their knowledge wasn't equal to other local estate agents, who knew the area very well and when showing you around provided a lot of useful insights including permission to build etc... Even when dealing with a sale, I often received quite contradictory information including about length of tenancy. You want clarity and transparency as a buyer. Maybe they are better with sellers, but I was genuinely surprised by the high google rating. Maybe my own anecdotal experience isn't a good marker, but it definitely put me off enquiring about other properties in their portfolio.

GoogleSold my house with Perkins estate agents, it was a very easy and smooth experience. Shannon dealt with everything professionally and I had every confidence relying on her as my agent. Shannon had assured me that she had clients ready looking for property like mine, and she was true to her word.....from valuation to completion took 3 months! Shannon and also Hassan, phoned me with regular updates, and even liased with the solicitors to keep things running smoothly. Their fees are stated right at the beginning, no hidden charges. Shannon and Hassan are lovely people and it was a pleasure working with them. If I had to sell again, I would definitely use Perkins in Greenford.
