I’ve had a really fantastic experience with Ellis and co and would recommend them to anyone finding a new home. Zeeshan & Payal in the letting department in particular have gone above and beyond to help me, they always respond quickly and do everything they can to help. Zeeshan took the time to measure up the property I’m moving to when my car broke down and I couldn’t attend the appointment which was so helpful of him and I believe he also done this out of work hours, he also took the time to make sure that I was okay which was lovely. Payal also has been incredibly helpful and both of them always respond quickly to any queries and genuinely want to help which is a breath of fresh air. I was very stressed out looking to move until I found Ellis and co. They have made the whole experience smooth and stress free and I cannot thank them enough, please keep these guys in mind if you are ever looking for and agent! Highly recommend. Hi everyone out there Im a landlord and ive just given my property to Deepak, payal, minesh and zeeshan at ellis and co Greenford. these guys so far seem to be the dogs biscuits of letting. they are letting and managing for me and it seems like I wont have many problems. they seem to be the Michelin star of estate agencies. they take all hassle off your hands , seem to be very professional, polite and very forthcoming. Trust me fellow landlords I never write reviews because I don't have time and couldn't be bothered but on this occasion I thought they really deserve a glittering review from me. 10 out of 10.

Had been at property for quite a few years, it had been managed by different estate agents and never had an issue. Things changed slightly when Ellis & co took over. Have never met Payal personally, my experience has only been via emails and texts which always have a slightly passive aggressive tone to them. Have met Ravi in a few circumstances who seemed helpful and professional, so in terms of customer service not many complaints simply that work at property is still to be done 12 months after issues been raised and it's a constant chasing up for it all to be fixed and issues with mould still to be resolved. But I am aware that they are not the worst but I have definitely had better companies managing this property so I believe they have the potential to provide better service too.
