GoogleIf I could give them no stars I would. Run by crooks who are only interested in making money off you by refusing to return your deposit and making up reasons whilst making you feel like a criminal. Never been treated so appallingly in my life.

All of the required checks, tests and certificates arranged and they removed all the hassle involved. Kept me informed of every step of the process and was well informed. GoogleWow what an absolute joke! Horrible customer service, very cocky and not very understanding from Oliver Hurren. Deposit, emails and phone calls all unreturned after multiple attempts currently in process of taking legal action to recover all owed money. Do not rent from this agency, took over a year to fix the boiler, when questioned was only given the answer "you have hot water in your electric shower to do the washing in the kitchen" Please avoid at all costs.

GoogleAvoid renting from this company! Poor customer service, land lord not helpful when issues arose within the house, took months to get anything sorted. Emails and phone calls never answered by Oliver Hurren. Deposit not returned legal action being taken. All they care about is to get your money, they don't care about what is happening in the property, once you leave they are not interested in returning any money that you are owed. Please avoid especial rude arrogant Oliver Hurren
